This project converted an outdated bathroom into a fully integrated home wellness sanctuary. The redesigned space includes a luxury bathroom, custom shower, double vanity, sauna, cold plunge, and a relaxation seating area. Premium Porcelanosa tile, fixtures, and cabinetry were used throughout to create a cohesive and timeless aesthetic.
The custom sauna features clear cedar interiors with two-tier benches, framed by custom cedar construction and insulated glass walls that bring natural light into the space without sacrificing heat retention. A Harvia heater anchors the room, finished with the same warm, layered cedar tones throughout.
The cold plunge was specifically designed to fit between the sauna and bathroom, maximizing the available space. The stainless steel plunge vessel is topped with a custom white stone surround that coordinates perfectly with the vanity countertops. An external chiller is discreetly concealed beneath an integrated bench, with engineered ventilation built in for optimal performance.
